West Way Nissan Mill Hill

Vehicle not road worthy, stopped by police driving home for non working lights, vehicle taken back to London for repairs and returned a day later with no fuel in it having filled it on collection, service manager tried to cover their incompetence by saying the lights worked all along (despite Essex police saying overwise and actual light unit missing). Left me with a courtesy car for the day (a good thing) but then receive a parking ticket for it for a parking offence their driver got driving the courtesy car back to London but Nissan were kind enough to lie and say I was the driver to avoid payment. Worst buying experience ever for a 15k car. Had I not liked the actual car then I would have sent it back.

The experience at West Way Nissan Mill Hill was good because I was supported and attended to with respect with my preferences
